A question about a forecast, your account, billing, the API or the MCP server: write it here and it reaches us directly. We reply by email, usually within one business day.
Your message, name and email are stored in our own database so we can answer it and so the answer is on record; if you are signed in, the message is attached to your account. We keep a salted hash of your address for abuse limiting, never the address itself, and the message is never used for anything but answering you. The whole of it is in the privacy policy.

A probability is not advice: we publish forecasts and score them in public, and support can explain how a number was produced, but not tell you what to do with it.
