Paid plans are not on sale yet, so at the moment there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. The pricing page lists what a paid plan would cost so the numbers are knowable, and that is all it does today.
We will publish the refund and cancellation rules on this page before any paid plan goes on sale. Until then, please don't read anything here as a promise about refund windows. Questions go to the billing address at the bottom of this page.
