Recoilix LLC, doing business as Anteproof ("we", "us"), is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
We do not run advertising, sell personal data, or use third-party ad trackers.
Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (billing, as merchant of record), Cloudflare (network, email routing), Hetzner Online (hosting, Germany), Resend (transactional email), Beehiiv (newsletter). Each processes data under its own terms and only for the purpose we engage it for. Some are in the United States; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or the processor's certified framework where applicable.
We set only the cookies the sign-in provider needs to keep you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Account and watchlist data for as long as your account exists, then deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Billing identifiers and the subscription record for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs for at most 90 days.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, or object to a use, by emailing [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority; if you are in California, the rights in the CCPA apply and we do not sell or share personal information as defined there.
The service is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We will post changes here with a new effective date, and email account holders about any change that reduces their rights.

Anteproof publishes probabilistic forecasts about software projects, packages and companies, and scores every forecast against what actually happened. Forecasts are statistical estimates, published for information. They are not investment, financial, legal or professional advice, and no forecast is a promise about the future. You decide what to do with them.
You need an account for the watchlist and paid features. Keep your sign-in method secure; what happens under your account is your responsibility. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial, no card required. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and applies any tax due at checkout. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Refunds follow the merchant of record's policy; contact us and we will help.
The forecasts, scores, text and software are ours or our licensors'. You may quote forecasts with attribution and a link. The public forecast log and calibration record are published so that anyone can check our track record.
We aim for the service to be available but do not guarantee it, and we may change or retire features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on a forecast. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Consumers keep any protections their home law grants that cannot be waived.
